There will be an initial contact between you and the yoga teacher trainer assigned to you by HomeYoga. This first contact may be by phone call or via Skype, as you prefer. Your teacher will ask for some general information about you that she will need to design your personal programme, and you will be able to exchange ideas about what you expect from the classes, or specific areas that you would like to improve or heal.

From there, she will tailor the pace, content, focus and dynamic of each class. Whether you are an experienced student or a complete beginner, fancy a challenging or more restorative yoga class, we’ll be there to guide you through.

Your customised programme will also include exercises and meditations for you to do in your spare time, and ongoing monitoring (via phone, e-mail) of your personal development.
