Who can practice Yoga at Home?

Kundalini yoga can be practised by anyone, regardless of their physical condition (except for severe mobility limitations). You do not need to be very flexible or strong, as these are conditions that can be gained with regular practice.

Face-to-Face sessions are currently available in zones 1, 2 and 3 of London city. For other locations, check availability and prices directly with us.

SkypeYoga sessions can be taken by anyone, anywhere. You will just need a decent internet connection.

Most common profiles:

  • New mums wanting to practise yoga at home, staying close to their babies.
  • People with especially demanding jobs, with long working hours and changing schedules.
  • People over 55, with more leisure time, and willing to get more personal attention for increased benefits.
  • Small groups of families, friends, etc. (4 people max.) wanting to practise yoga together at their place, the days and times that best suit them.
